| YOUR CAMPSITE Your campsite will be your home during the week’s stay with us. All sites have platform tents
with wooden floors.
Your campsite will be equipped with the following:
- 1 Picnic table
- 1 Flagpole

1 Bulletin board with fire guard chart
- 1 Campfire ring and fire tools
- 1 Drinking fountain
- 1 Garden hose
Plus tents and cots. If any of these items are missing, or if you have other special needs,
please see your Commissioner.
Remember to take good care of your tents as they will be used by many other troops during
the summer. Your troop will be charged for any damages caused by your Scouts. Tent
or cot slashing will be charged at $5 per inch (minimum of $25), and other damage priced at the
Staff’s discretion.
During the week, your campsite it your home. You should discourage your Scouts from
going through other troop’s campsites unless they are invited to enter them.
There is no electricity supplied in any of the campsites. The shower buildings have plugs for
electric shavers.
ADDITIONAL TENTS AND COTS
Each campsite has a fixed number of tents and cots. If your unit goes over the capacity for a campsite, you will need to bring your own tents and cots to make up the difference. Sorry, but we cannot move tents and cots in from other campsites. |
